We've noticed that in Australia, patriotism can often be met with anger, division, or negativity. But honestly, we don't think it should be that way. To us, patriotism genuinely just means loving your country. It's about being proud of where you come from, caring about the people around you, and wanting to see your country do well. There's no hidden meaning behind it.
We genuinely believe that patriotism is an important part of a strong and successful country. So, we want to bring patriotism back — simply for what it is: a genuine love for Australia.

At KANGA, we recognise that every nation has chapters in its history that are painful and difficult. We must be honest about the injustices of the past and never diminish the suffering they caused. But remembering our history should not require Australians today to inherit guilt for actions we did not commit. Australia has acknowledged and apologised for past wrongs, and we believe we can recognise those failures while also recognising the extraordinary progress, achievements, and contributions Australia has made throughout its history. A nation’s identity cannot be defined solely by its darkest chapters. Australia’s story is complex — shaped by both its shortcomings and its remarkable achievements — and we should have the maturity to acknowledge both. We believe moving forward means learning from the past without being imprisoned by it: rejecting inherited guilt, preserving the lessons of history, and turning our attention toward the responsibility we share today. We are all Australian. This is our home, and its future belongs to all of us. Now is the time to stand together with pride, purpose, and a shared determination to build an even better Australia.

- Firebase Realtime Database (Google) — used to store regional sign-up counts. Firebase employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols. Data is stored on servers within Google's secure infrastructure.
- Web3Forms — used to process and deliver email submissions. Web3Forms is a secure form processing service that does not retain your data beyond the submission process.
- Browser Local Storage — a copy of your submission is stored locally in your browser for session continuity. This data remains on your device only.
All email addresses are stored securely and protected against unauthorised access. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal information at all times.
4. DATA RETENTION
We retain your email address and associated information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — primarily to notify you of KANGA drops. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
